One dispatch = one card sent to one agent. The agent can run as many internal steps as it needs — Claude calling a tool, Cursor editing five files — it's still one dispatch. The AI spend meter charges the actual model usage; the dispatch counter limits how often you can hand a card off.
Dispatches pause. Cards stay on the board — nothing is lost. You get a polite banner. Either raise the ceiling, or wait until next month. The hard ceiling never gets bypassed silently.
No. Free plan needs an email. 14-day Pro trial needs a card — we don't charge it until day 15, and you'll get an email three days before.
